Refund Policy

Because our products are digital licences, refunds work differently from physical goods.

Unactivated licences

If your licence key has not been activated or revealed to you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Once a licence key has been activated, it cannot be returned to the distributor, so we cannot refund it except where required by law.

If a product does not work as described and support cannot resolve it, we will work with you on a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
